Please contact Ayo for the updated schedule as we often add themed workshops and new classes to our weekly offerings.  The basic schedule is:

Morning Yoga:  Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday at 7:15am, 7:30am or 8:30am (depending on the students who RSVP – class time shifts to accommodate participant schedules)

Evening Yoga:  Sunday, Wednesday and Saturday at 7:30pm or 8:30pm (again, shifting time to accommodate students’ schedules and Havdalah)

Shabbat Yoga:  Shabbat-Themed Meditation, Stretching and Gentle Yoga every Saturday at 6pm (Music-Free / Sabbath Observant)

Acroyoga:  Private Lessons, Workshops Offered Seasonally and a Beginners Course taught during the year on Friday mornings
