In this dynamic sequence, we slow down and play with balance. As we shift our weight between right and left body, we learn to hone our sense of proprioception and have fun in the process!
This practice includes mountain pose, tree pose, single-leg extensions and forward folds, and incorporates both front-moving and backward-moving motions. Though this is part of our Prenatal Yoga series, this short and active practice is for everyone and is beginner-friendly.
